Blanket the Homeless for the Holidays update

We want to give a GIANT shout out and Thank you to Odyssey Preparatory Academy (Goodyear and Buckeye) and Odyssey Institute for Advanced and International Studies for helping us Blanket The Homeless for the Holidays! All the blankets donated were greatly appreciated and inspired hope to the homeless! Blankets were donated to the homeless on the street at 12th Ave and Madison St with Church on the Street, Homeward Bound, Tumbleweed and New Live Center! This kind act helped teach the youth about the true meaning of the holiday! Blankets were also donated by Estrella Mountain Elementary, Contracted Driver Services, Lydia Evanson, and Valley Academy.

Kindness Education Project- Odyssey Kindness program 2015

Education Project

Odyssey will continue to receive kindness curriculum for the rest of the 2015 school year. All students will continue to learn about random acts of kindness as well as the importance to love yourself first before you can love others, kind communication and positive thinking. Students will be able to participate in a kindness pledge campaign during Random Acts of Kindness week in February. The student who performs the most random acts during this inspirational week will receive a school scholar ship as well to donate a gift in kind to a charity of choice. This is going to be an amazing year at all Odyssey schools! We are so excited to spread kindness with all the amazing scholars!

How you can help the Kindness Education Project

kindness inspires

We are currently taking donations to help educate the youth about kindness. We also would appreciate gifts in kind for the Kindest Kid challenges. We are planning to give gifts such as, movie tickets, shopping sprees, zoo tickets, spa experiences, horseback riding, bikes, bowling, Jump zone, ect. The sky is the limit on gifts for these amazing scholars. Please contact Jaime Clarke at or 602-615-8743, if you or any business wants to spread kindness with us and inspire others to be kind.
