Justin Clarke, born and raised in Arizona, is the founder of several startup companies, including a national Driver Staffing Employment Agency, Contracted Driver Services (CDS). As the Vice President of CDS, Justin helps his clients deal with today’s recruiting & driver retention challenges by providing temporary, contract, or long-term qualified CDL applicants to the Transportation Industry. Since 2001, Justin’s companies have employed over 10,000 workers. Justin continues to mold himself as a trusted leader in the Staffing World and has a proven track record that continues to produce results for his customers.
In life, Justin thrives to touch as many lives possible with his products and services - in a positive and meaningful way. In line with this goal, Justin founded a non-profit, The Honey Foundation, after tragically losing his twin brother Scott in 2011. He also created a new culinary festival, Flavors of the West, which just held its’ 3rd annual festival in April. Since 2012, Justin’s philanthropic interests have helped raise over $250,000 for Arizona Charities.
Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaime, and their children, Hayley & Jackson. Justin enjoys golf, coaching youth sports, volunteering, outdoor sports, and traveling to new places.
Born and raised in Arizona, Jaime is the co-founder of The Honey Foundation. Jaime holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology / Marriage & Family Therapy. Jaime has worked with children and families throughout her career. Starting as a family counselor at Sage Counseling, Jaime counseled families referred through Child Protective Services, teaching safe & healthy lifestyle choices to families in the Family Preservation Program. Now, Jaime has recently developed a 36 Week Kindness Curriculum Program currently being piloted at all 4 Odyssey Preparatory Academy Schools during the 2014/15 School Season. 2,000 Youth from Kindergarten through High School will be educated all about Kindness and other life skills in an effort to promote a better learning environment for the scholars.
In addition to her work with The Honey Foundation, Jaime is also the owner & instructor of Survival Swim, a local swim school providing private swim instruction to all ages. Marriage & Family Coaching & Consulting is another business owned and operated by Jaime. She resides in Goodyear, Arizona with her husband, Justin, and two beautiful children, Hayley (6) and Jackson (4). Jaime is passionate about spreading kindness throughout the world and inspiring others to do the same.
Victoria Anderson was born and raised in Arizona. She started her journey with The Honey Foundation in 2012 when she began volunteering for the first annual Flavors of the West. Victoria’s involvement grew shortly after that when she took a position as a director in 2013. Because of Victoria’s accounting background, in 2015 she accepted the position of Treasurer. In her rare moments of free time, Victoria enjoys traveling, volunteering, and helping her parents on their ranch.
Jenny Brown was born and raised in Arizona and grew up in the West Valley. She is a graduate of Arizona State University, WP Carey School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management and Leadership, with an emphasis in Marketing. Being an Arizona native, she has a vested interest in the West Valley and supporting local businesses and organizations who reside within the community. Professionally, Jenny has gained experience in many roles throughout her career. She has worked in the hospitality industry at the local Wigwam Resort and Spa as the Recreation Manager, and as the Assistant to the President, at Arizona College, a local private healthcare college. Both roles included a wide range of Marketing responsibilities. In 2012, she started her own Marketing and Design business and Litchfield Park Design Group was formed. She enjoys working with a client by creating designs and completing projects that promote their businesses, while giving that hometown personal touch. Jenny is married and has 2 young children. She resides in Litchfield Park and loves the community in every aspect. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, walking, painting and working on designs.
Lydia Mannion-Evanson, Principal, LME Creative Human Resources Solutions has over 25 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Strategies and Management, and Labor Relations in both the public and the private sector. Lydia has been married to her husband Greg for 31 years. She fosters shelter animals and volunteers at the Arizona Humane Society. She is also an active members of the VIP Women’s Club, Tomorrow’s Winners, 3 Cs Youth Organization, The Obesity Action Coalition, Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of the Honey Foundation. Lydia holds a BS of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a MS in Organizational Development from SUNY Binghamton.
David Jones was born in Los Angeles and lived in most every state on the west coast. He spent most of his professional career in the healthcare software industry in sales and marketing. David served on the board of a network of homeless shelters in Vancouver, Washington. He is a father of two children grown children, Jennifer and Stephen. David works with Justin Clarke at Contracted Driver Services managing the sales and marketing efforts. He is an avid traveler and bicyclist who has ridden nearly 20,000 miles around the U.S. in the last six years. David's passion for the mission of The Honey Foundation comes from spending time in conflict zones around the world and seeing the price children pay from war and violence.
Eric Wochner is the owner of Tiburon Interactive Inbound Marketing & Design which is a full-service, inbound marketing agency providing small to mid-sized companies with support and inbound marketing strategies to achieve strong ROI from their online initiatives. They provide each client with a customized plan that includes, but not limited to, social media management, on-site SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and local search marketing.
Mary Ann Penella is a long time resident of Litchfield Park, Arizona. And mother to Justin and Scott Clarke. Most of her professional life has been spent in the staffing business. She helped found Contracted Driver Services in 2001 with her sons Justin and Scott and presently serves as President. Mary Ann is active in the community and works with several organizations including the Rotary Club of Litchfield Park. Her warm personality and strength of spirit is an inspiration to her family, friends and professional colleagues. She lives in Litchfield Park with her husband Dennis Penella.
Rick Bush has been building web-based business solutions since 1996. His extensive background in systems integration, publishing, software engineering and operations provides him a unique perspective on product development; his focus is not on the nuts and bolts of software engineering, but on creating solutions that achieve business objectives. He is the CTO at Haley Marketing Group, Proprietor of Craft Roasting Company, and Director of Engineering and Product Development at F|STAFF. Rick lives in Buffalo, New York with his wife Julie and their children.
